She's easy, breezy and beautiful, so it's not a huge surprise that tween starlet Taylor Swift last night was named as the next celeb face of Cover Girl cosmetics!

It seems as though everyday is a fairytale for the young platinum selling artist who has recently been named Cover Girl’s latest spokesperson. “I am so excited to become the next Cover Girl,” Taylor said “I have admired many of the Cover Girls since I was a little girl…great artists and actresses who are confident and still themselves. It’s like a dream come true to be a part of the future of Cover Girl.”

Joining the likes of Drew Barrymore, Rihanna, Queen Latifah and Ellen DeGeneres to name a few, Vince Hudson, General Manager of CG cosmetics says “fresh beauty and authentic style, Taylor is a wonderful addition to the Cover Girl family. Through all her success, Taylor remains a grounded and sincere woman who connects with fans everywhere by being true to who she is. She personifies the iconic image of the brand while representing the next generation of both inner and outer beauty.”

The young Grammy award-winning star has just finished shooting her first advertisements that will represent a new line of luxury products, unfortunately for T-Swift fans; you are going to have to wait a year… her ads aren’t debuting till January 2011! (sighhhhh)
